External macro does not start

Reason: either job is still hanging from the previous day

Solution: kill via Task Manager

Reason: certificate not available

Solution: External macro execution without valid certificate

For security reasons, the server host name is validated and a valid certificate is checked during external macro execution from Unit4 prevero 10.4.0. If this check is not successful, the external macro cannot be executed correctly.

If this security check is not desired (although recommended for security reasons) recommended for security reasons), a corresponding addition is required in the macrocronjob.bat file:

-Dprevero.trustManager.trustAll=true 

-Dprevero.trustManager.tlsLevel.hostnameValidation=false
