Connect to SFTP server for log file analysis or data transfer

If your cloud environment has been set up, you will normally receive an email with the following access data.

SFTP-EXP-pv-XXX-PROD = Productive System Export Folder

SFTP-IMP-pv-XXX-PROD = Productive System Import Folder

SFTP-pv-XXX-PROD = Productive System LogFile Folder

You can then access the data directly using an FTP tool (e.g. Filezilla).

The log files are located in the PVServerlog directory.

The server.log file always contains the data for the current day. Past data has a timestamp in its name.
